CHICKEN SOUP?

No - actually it's guineafowl soup - I've given up buying chicken in favour of this bird which is slightly smaller. The meat is slightly darker & way more flavoursome.

This will simmer away overnight making my whole apartment smell amazing. Some people would muck it up with loads of celery &c. but like my grannie, I keep it simplest possible - totally delicious!!
