Canna lily

These have interesting leaves. The flowers are red, yellow and mixed. 

We had nothing planned but ended up filling the day including morning tea at our son’s place ( Max made gingerbread biscuits from their new Donna Hay cookbook our Christmas gift to them) then minded the boys while they went shopping, then came home and did all the lawns. We had a warmer day 30° which was lovely after having cool, cloudy days for weeks. Almost dark when I realised I had no blip.
