Awoke feeling groggy - sore throat is gone, just swollen from all the snoring based on the sleep app recordings, nose is back to normal but sinuses feel clogged and ears still ringing with gay abandon.

So I moped a bit, then shopped for dinner and tea with eldest. Clearly not right as I completely misread the list and forgot to get anything for tomorrow...

We nipped to Maenporth for some fresh air and a stroll along the beach then home for a fire, tea, knitting and crap telly - proud to say I correctly guessed tonight’s Masked Singer reveal :-D
