Corona Days
National weekend lockdown here in Turkey was not really a problem for me today as the weather was grey and uninviting, so I spent all afternoon teaching on line. Learners came from India, Japan, China, Korea, Saudi and Turkey. Meeting such a range of people was enough to bring some cheerful colour in to what would otherwise have been a very humdrum day in this ongoing existence known as life in the times of corona. Numbers here do seem to be dropping a little, wish I could say the same for back home in Essex - stay safe everyone. Talking of which - news coverage of last week's assault on the Capitol building and its aftermath continues with arrests of some key figures but not the main man. Ten long days to go ....
The photo is my 'Turkish' lamp and the reflections it casts on the bedroom wall. Slim pickings for photographic ideas on a visually dull day.
