The shutdowns have pretty much killed my son's livelihood. Prior to covid, he was playing in live venues pretty much five times a week. Since we haven't gotten to see him play live with his band, we were thrilled to get to login into the Jazz Education Network (JEN) where his group was asked to perform. They all wore masks, the performance was pre-recorded in a studio yet it was still exciting to see.

They recorded in the famous East West studio on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. It's where Michael Jackson recorded Thrilled and Frank Sinatra recorded.
