Chinese buffet

One positive way of dealing with lockdown is to spend sometime in the kitchen making food for the family.  Tonight's Chinese feast included sticky tofu, Chicken chow mein, vegetable chow mein, sweet and sour pork, kung po chicken, beef in black bean sauce and egg friend rice.

I think we might be eating the leftovers for several days to come!
