One Last Christmas Job

Lisa volunteered us to take down the Christmas tree at our church. The woman who put it up is in the hospital with pancreatic problems. 

Lucky for us, our daughter Karen and s-i-l Doug came to help us. Merrick came too, but he spent most of his time on his scooter. 

The lady who decorated the tree is famous for this line. "If you can see any part of the tree, it hasn't got enough stuff on it."

It took us a long time to defrock(?) the tree. I'm glad Dougie was there, because that meant that I didn't have to get up on the ladder.
