Hot chocolate

We got our Hotel Chcolat velvetiser last year for Christmas and it’s amazing - but the proper hotel chocolat grated chocolate you’re supposed to use in it is a wee bit pricey for us. Luckily one of the local bakery/cafes had a wee stock of these massive tubs of basically the same thing for (shh!) a much more reasonable price - and white chocolate YUM!
The owner of the bakery kindly dropped this off at the house for me today, they’ve diversified their wee business so well through this madness and now that they’re not allowed to open they’re doing home deliveries of all their delicious goodies.
I’ve purposely saved it as my treat once the boys are in bed so I’m off to make one now!
