Drastic action needed!

BBC weather app said rain today. So I thought I'd try and sort out my leaking boots. ShoeGoo didn't quite sort it out some weeks back so decided to get serious!
The rubber soul had parted company from the fabric upper. Only one thing to do and that's use Gorilla Glue! Sticks like **** to anything!
This will of course be trimmed to not look quite so grim.
Anyway we don't ever meet anyone on our walks so who's going to notice!!
Hopefully walking through boggy ground shouldn't make my feet wet!
I would get some new waterproof boots if I could find anything big enough. Size 13...
Oh yes, after all that the weather was fine all day..
