Order of the Phoenix

Could seriously do with some Phoenix tears right about now. Apparently hold very good healing powers. Nearly 3 weeks after the surgery and the ankle is throbbing like there is no tomorrow. Also have had a killer headache for two days now on and off. Bleh.
Hopefully a good nights sleep will do the trick. Thank goodness it's a lot cooler at night now, hopefully some rain will come through soon for our wee country
