A delicate task

On my way to the vegetable shop i passed this scene were they are trying to lift those trees over a huge building (left). I waited to see them in action  but they were deciding , for  along time, how to safely attach the trees.  I  couldn't wait. The 2nd photo is left in color because of the details.
