Notes: Did yoga/stretching first thing and then headed to Walmart market in Pasadena for a few things. Back and low-key and then had 1130a call w/ Lauren from CMS team - she offered to help and consider it a follow-up, spent almost an hour and half with me and was very helpful. Headed out mid afternoon but cool, breezy and cloudy and turned around. Took a bath (sort of), made early dinner with candle, music. Night of streaming and feeling tired and spent but more comfortable in my own skin ... has been awhile.
