A Touch of Pink: Flower Friday

These are my new tulips of the week to replace the lovely shiny red ones.  I thought I would take another colour this week as the choice is vast, but I couldn't resist these pink-red ones, especially because the outer petals are striped in green!

A memorable day today as I finally managed to reserve my anti-Covid vaccination for the end of this month. I did it all online as soon as the site for the big university hospital in Lausanne (the CHUV) opened yesterday. They were. however, inundated and the site kept blocking, so I gave up after an hour. This morning it's working again with new appointment possibilities! Whew!

The only way to get rid of this virus is for as many people as possible to take the vaccine (unless there are serious other health issues, of course).
