another grey and dreary day, the temperature dropping again, rumours of the possibility of snow up on Yangmingshan... elsewhere no real surprises, Washington under siege, if you wind people up far enough, feed them with enough false information and offer them an enemy to focus upon this is what history tells us will happen... and now for the hand wringing, the repositonings and renunciations of the enablers as they rush to distance themselves from the effects which their actions have brought about... it's a dark dance but one which populism always seems to lead towards in these moments when reality seeps through the barricades which have been erected and reinforced by the constant feast of lies and distortion, those poisons which have fed that alternative reality which had its heyday in 2016 and is now showing itself to be a monster which, poisoned by events, thrashes wildly at whatever surrounds it even, or especially, at that which they claim to revere... and, for me at least, it begs the question of what happens when the facts of  brexshit seep through...

and having read that the post by alsacienne from yesterday was taken down for reasons unknown i wonder if this one will survive the cull :-)
