Early morning walk

7.30 walk with Kate. A great start to the day, even if I went flying on some black ice in my shoes with no grip.
Downhill from there really. Work is mental, new viral strain wrecking havoc.
Sisters sent me a care package, which was beyond lovely. I had tears in my eyes!
