County Lines

A medical excemption to go travel down to Settle today, a follow up with podiatrist. I was very sceptical about custom made orthotics but have to admit I've felt a real benefit... Which makes finding out (I clearly wasn't paying attention in the first consultation) that the ones he made me were temporary all the more impressive. Today he took some moulds of my feet, so we'll see what's next.

When I left home it was gently snowing. Turning off at Crooklands there was freezing fog. But at Settle blue sky was burning its way through and the outlying Dales looked fabulous.
Back at home its continued to gently snow all day, no blue sky in sight, we now have an inch plus in the garden with much more forecast over the next 24hrs.
