A Hazy Shade Of Winter

Went for a late afternoon walk, well wrapped-up, headphones blasting out Bookends album by Simon & Garfunkel from 1968, this track seemed an appropriate title for my post.

The noise of furious backpedalling is deafening today, don't forget "the enablers" on both sides of the Atlantic.

My album of the day is "All Mod Cons" by The Jam. Twelve three minute vignettes from three angry young men in sharp suits. Favourite track is cover version of The Kinks song "David Watts" which stomps all over the original.
