Some of our 5 a day.
A very cold night meant a frosty morning.
Still it also meant we had sunshine again.
The farm shop wasn’t busy this morning. So able to have a chat with everyone.
They had a very busy Christmas, but they have actually been busy since last March when the first lockdown started. Nice that so many people are still shopping local.
Emptying my bags on to the worktop gave me the idea for today’s blip.
Apart from the tomatoes and aubergine everything is U.K. grown.
Also bought my first rhubarb which they grow themselves. Looking forward to rhubarb and orange pie tomorrow.
However tonight’s pud is steamed treacle sponge. With custard of course. Yum, yum.
