Frosty Fungus

Beautiful crisp, clear morning, but very very cold. A lot of ice still about on paths.

A few days ago I spotted this fungus growing on a tree stump in someone’s front garden and today as I went past the sun was lighting it up and showing off the frosty bits.

Not much else done today...

I have been thinking about a blip ‘project’ to work on and am thinking along the lines of ‘whimsical items in gardens’..not including seasonal/festival decorations! It may or may not be more taxing than latches and chimneys!
