Leela lament

A sad day in the home-office. 

RIP Leela. For the past 13 years, you have shown the loyalty, natural ability for love and unwavering enthusiasm of a spaniel. And for once I do not mean this as an insult. 
You have purred and looked for cuddles to the very end.
You will be bitterly missed.
You, truly, have been the best cat one could hope for. 

I regret the harsh words I may have had in the past when you were looking for a cuddle at 4.00am, with loud purring and enthusiastic rubbing against my legs. 
I will miss it. 

Nana will definitely be at a loss without your soft, silky, purry company in the evening, usually 1 minute after the spaniels have gone to the shed for the night.
