Tower Blocks

A walk down Platinum Point.
Sounds better than it looks, as some of these flats looking very tired. They haven’t been up that long but the project was a bit of a white elephant. Things beginning to improve but the area is a bit lost.
Weather chilly and cold wind coming across the Forth.
