Hoar frost weaving

What a beautiful sight, I imagine there’s going to be plenty of these blipped today. This creation was zoomed in from a structure a couple of feet high on our water butt. I also took pictures of smaller webs and the frosted branches. So pretty. I ventured to the supermarket for some bits, but it seemed so busy- groups of staff chatting over the butter, the pickers lingering over the mushrooms and why are people, apparently well and healthy, shopping in pairs?
