The best laid plans...

I had a plan, to get up early today, head over to the Stockbridge Market to pick up a couple venison steaks and return to Leith in time to get a bite to eat and a seat for the rugby. I even set my alarm. Unfortunately I woke up far too early and fell asleep again. By the time I did wake up again it was too late to do any of that, I could have made it to the pub for the rugby but my back was killing me and I didn't fancy standing all afternoon to see Scotland lose again.

So I poured myself a beer and watched the game from my sofa, and although Ireland dominated almost the entire game Scotland somehow managed to come away with a win! Yay! Two games in a row! (apparently the first time they've managed that in a decade!)
