Not even one of them at 8.30am.

A quick burst out the back on the turbo before work. As I was saying to someone else somewhere else earlier today, it's so much nicer to do this kind of thing outside rather than in the house. Even when it's very cold, you layer up appropriately and you do warm up real quick. Plus the scenery is pretty nice where I live. 

Right, at work on an overnighter. Bedtime beckons, as does my book...part of the necessary winding down process. It's either that or todays cryptic crossword in The Guardian. Winding *down* you say (?)
