Slippery underfoot

Nice to see thick ice on the ponds today. Photographed some of my wild ducks at breakfast time. The light wasn’t too good but I thought it would disappear if I waited . Wrong! Pulled decks down, did some texting, then it was 12 am baby pick up time at 1 and had to squezze a food shop in the minute s I had spare !
