Who knew?

Growing up I never ate nuts. At age 65, I still have not had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. In recent years I have slowly added some nuts to my diet. First it was almonds for the protein recommended by my personal trainer at the time. Then chopped walnuts in my oatmeal. Then pecans in chocolate chip cookies. Then for his birthday, my partner received this huge jar of cashews. I don't know what possessed me to try one, but I did. Now I can't get enough of them. I have eaten more of the them then he has. I guess I will need to buy him another jar. They are delicious but I still won't eat peanuts!
