Ghost tree

Not a great shot but this tree is appropriately ghostly as I am not sure it will be there tomorrow. So, a blip for posterity. I’m presuming it’s the builders who have cleared out 2 sizeable trees between the two phases of building albeit 13 years apart. I’d like to think they are going to be equally as keen to re-plant. We shall see.

Who knew that we’d be thinking ‘it could be worse’ this week but watching the news from Washington this evening does prompt that response even including today’s ‘announcement’ about exams.
