Recipe
I'm doing this so that I have the recipe an also because I've been too busy to take any other shots. I made this yesterday and kept half for this evening.
Pork belly slices, rind off, cut into pieces. Seasoned flour, egg-wash and then pimped up breadcrumbs - I added harrisa and ras el hanout. Fried for colour and then cooked in the oven.
