Guitar friends

We visited a family today we got to know through Katie going to school. We had such a lovely time catching up. I did feel bad though that I aged her by 4 years. She told me she was 39 but I pointed out that if she was born in '77 that makes her 43, oops! We got served dried figs, raisins, almonds and sunflower seeds all grown in their orchard in their village and dried by them. I was excited to meet their neice who has the same name (kurdish) as Rose and is the same age and they've both taught themselves the guitar! They've already been chatting on their phones this evening! Yay!
