Luck

What a start. At 09:30 I was in a frosty field (-3ºc) having a takeaway coffee and brownie. 

It was not part of any big plan. I had gone to the farm shop, and after I had filled my trolley, they discovered their EPOS had gone down. They offered me a coffee while I waited for them to fix it.

Of course the coffee shop is now takeaway only, so I had to take it into the orchard.  

It was absolutely beautiful, with the sun coming up in the fields. 

The rest of the day has been the usual combination of chores and relaxation.
