La Mer"  "The Sea", is a song by French composer, lyricist, singer and showman Charles Trenet. 
So in keeping with a song title challenge for this weeks Widwed, I popped over to Westward Ho! as the tide was on the turn.
A busy morning as I went over there after my Interval Class, so all done and dusted before lunch :-)
