Stupid lungs!

A hard day today, only in part by being in the office despite working from home during lockdown.

Unfortunately I had an asthma attack at work and as my symptoms weren't fully going after maximum dose of reliever, I gave the asthma nurse a call. Home to take peak flow metre readings and duty doctor prescribed a course of oral steroids.

Good for my asthma but another blow to my immune system. Hopefully a call to the GP tomorrow will help to form an action plan for work.
