Fingers crossed

After putting Christmas away yesterday we spent today doing housework and listening to/watching CNN report on the Georgia run-off elections. By the middle of the day we thought the soon-to-be former president would get his wish. We wanted to be wrong. BUT it's beginning to look as if we were wrong. What a relief. Perhaps the planet and its inhabitants will now have a better chance of survival. It won't be easy for the new administration but it looks like they might have a chance of making real change. Here's hoping.
