Walk

I had my first covid vaccine today. I hope that this is the beginning of a freer future but somehow I think this will go on and on and on. Anyway, if we all play our part and do the best we can.

I had a major shop and a walk with the dogs and Rowan. Bumped into my friend, Julie, and chatted at arms length.

First counselling class of the New Year this evening and it was a relaxed affair. Still all done over Zoom which is a necessary evil.
