Most of the snow has gone and there is less ice so it was easier to walk although I turned back when confronted by the sheet of ice across the road as I didn’t want to risk falling.  The collage shows the patterns and state of some of the fields where the melting snow has turned to ice and the landscape no longer looks as attractive as it did under its snow cover.
