A massage from nanny
We've been harassing Nanny again today. Poor woman can't get rid of us at all. We got up nice and early, my mother and I took Noah to the fruit market (6 mangoes for £1!), then we had some family snuggles and catch up time. Then we took Noah over to my mothers so that I could start taking the spare room to bits and put up my new, huge, vinyl backdrop. Oli and I struggled with the weight of the monster and abandoned our son with his nanny for half hour while we popped to B&Q. Half hour turned into two hours, there's me panicking that the boy would need a nap and milk (I fed before we left) and when I rang my mother to check in, he'd only happily fallen asleep in her bed! Considering the nightmare we had been having last month with his sleep issues this was an immense turn around! He also wasn't showing any signs of being hungry. Little legend. Being the amazing housewife that I am (lies) I'd already made tea so we picked it up and took it to my mothers so that we could all eat together.
Today the boy has eaten:
Breadsticks with hummus, some of daddy's toast, banana in oats, blueberries (nanny squished a few), butternut squash mash with beef mince (cottage pie with a twist), onion, block of cheese, and some more apple for dessert!
