Raspberries

When I served a rum baba on Saturday I forgot some of the fruit I had bought to go with it. I noticed the box of raspberries in the fridge today, along with some cherries and some left over cranberry sauce from Christmas.

We ate them tonight with the last of the rum baba having added cream and ice-cream to offset the very dry cake (more rum needed next time!)

After yesterday's lockdown I rescheduled some of my jobs for a few weeks until the virus infection rate shows some signs of slowing down in our area, which is alarmingly high. I'll just be getting on with accounts instead. We can't be too careful.
