Six Miles

A funny old day, I'm so sick of the endless grey starts- so depressing! Thankfully it brightened up by lunchtime and turned into a glorious and bright day. 

H and I went for a walk today. We weren't sure if we were going to go but luckily we picked the best day in hindsight. She brought her daughter, P with her and Betsy the dog and we walked for about two and half hours in the freezing cold! Clocked up 122 active minutes and 15k steps! Came home feeling properly tired but a healthy tired which was good. 

Unfortunately I was too knackered to do my assignment!
