Not much

Not much left in my diary. Not that it was a lot anyway because I expected things to be on hold through January, but it grieves me to see schools and university not opening.
Being a teacher can’t be easy these days, told to stay open or be fined, then told to prepare for mass testing, then told to open, then postpone for a week and now go to online teaching until end of February. All within a few weeks.

I think back on some courses I did with work, on how to manage expectations, how to manage change, how to motivate your team. For each one I could cite this government as the worst example of how not to do things. I think ministers should go on a compulsory management course. But to be a politician you don’t need any certificates nor education. Ha, that’s my first political rant on blip over, I promise :-)

Work continues from home, together with online yoga sessions and learning French with my Duolingo app.
