Garden produce

Marjoram, dried and ready to rub to put into jars, the last of the tomatoes and hot chilli peppers, and a vase of perfumed narcissus-like flowers. All from the garden.
Today I had someone pruning various trees and cutting back out of control bushes in the garden... much needed as they weren't pruned at all last winter, and the olive trees particularly had become much too large for the space. He was really efficient and managed to do a bonfire as well to get rid of all the small bits... leaving me with a pile of branches to use as kindling and in the outside oven, and another pile of larger pieces to save as firewood for next year. Such a relief to get that done!
