My little Sunwalker...

...my youngest is an avid power walker (the older one needs a 'little' more blackmailencouragement!

We went out for 4 miles today, mainly because I need to up my miles a little and it's good to get out in the fresh air!

We'll be doing the Walk the Walk Sunwalk this year again. The younger ones do 10k the older one is going for the half marathon distance this year!!
