Beef Mexican enchiladas

This is the only photo I have taken today. It was very tasty.

Not sure I shall be getting out and about much for a few months. The new lockdown seems to say I should go to work unless I can work from home but can't do a lot more.

We had our online ukulele group meeting tonight. It's always a pleasure to see some friendly faces. It was a little subdued due to the current situation but it's nice to try and keep some normality.

I'm looking forward to the day when we can actually meet up and play together again.
