Cabbages

The only photo I took, but it's a reminder to self that I not only have a Savoy cabbage to use up but also some fresh sauerkraut to get going.

Once I am back to catering for one, I'll have to exercise considerable ingenuity to try to get some variety and interest into my meals whilst not wasting anything!
