Trimming down day

I took my Christmas decorations down today, which left me somewhat ambivalent but on the plus side they have been up 6 whole weeks ( although it only feels like 2!)
I always feel sad when I put my little fairy in the box, I have had her since I was eight years old, and for most of those years she has sat at the top of my tree. I thought I would leave her cuddling the reindeer sausage dog this year.
Hopefully when she opens her eyes in I1ish months time things will be looking much better .
