Wintry View Through the Front Window

Another wintry weather event arrived on this day. It started out as sleet and ice, and changed over to pure snow in the afternoon. It put it down like crazy for a couple of hours, and the roads became treacherous.

Fortunately, we didn't have any reason to go out, so we stayed in and watched the snow. The picture above is the view out our front window in the latter part of the snowstorm. All you could see was snow, when looking out any window of the house.

We went outside after it stopped and I took some pictures before we started our snow removal tasks. There is an additional photo in the extras that I took from the road. That's our house and property, with snow on the trees, and my husband shoveling out, again. In a minute, I put down the camera and joined him.
