Time is frozen

Thank you to PictureMull for hosting this challenge. I don't often participate in these but thought that I would give this one a go as the frost-covered sun dial gave me inspiration. Where did all the time go? Today, it has been hidden by Jack Frost and who knows when it will reappear again?

Even the grass by the stream has been frozen (extra).
