Emley Moor Mast

Passed this local iconic landmark whilst out on patient visits this morning. It is Emley Moor television mast, at 1084 feet tall it is the tallest freestanding structure in the UK (for context it is 95 feet taller than the Eiffel Tower and 6 times taller than Nelson’s Column).
Then I popped into a M&S food hall to grab some lunch and whilst in there saw my 80 year old Aunt, who I haven’t seen in person since the first lockdown last March. I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to see her! Though we got some strange looks whilst we were stood crying because we were so happy to see each other.
