Left over Vegetables

I made a nice hot dish with extra veggies that didn’t get eaten. I added some orzo pasta and tuna. There is enough left for another meal.
It’s been a sunny morning then wet in the afternoon which scuppered our walkabout. Instead we watched the rest of the Bridgerton series. A period drama. We did enjoy all the episodes because of the acting but thought the outcome rather predictable.
It’s still raining now that I am back home. More rain tomorrow with a possibility of snow. As usual I doubt it will snow here.
