Sandy Lane

We popped into the Mere briefly but soon decided against it as it was busy and instead headed up Sandy Lane a road but one that is so quiet I think I have only seen about 5 vehicles in the last 7 years. I think unless you are one of the half dozen houses who live along it you would never really use it.

A field that that has featured in lots of my photos has even more water in it at the moment and was also frozen so of course I enjoyed taking a few photos although it was definitely a gloomy and dark old day.
