Healthy Tea

Well it is if you ignore the nutella spread in the sandwich. But then that is there on a dieticians advise as the boychild had a reaction to hazelnuts when he was tested at the three year visit of the EAT study and they suggested nutella (or hazelnut powder, but to be fair which would you rather eat?) in large quantities to desensitize him. Funny this boychild of mine. If those sandwiches were made with white bread he would refuse to eat the crusts, give him wholemeal seeded bread and everything gets eatenwithout so much of a murmur!
